Overview

Logistics & Air Express represents the logistics and supply-chain capabilities developed alongside NOVEZI Group's international commercial activities. Rather than beginning as a conventional public-facing freight brand, this business line has grown from practical requirements inside the group: moving mineral commodities from production areas to export terminals, coordinating international shipments, and arranging the movement of inputs between suppliers and manufacturing destinations. Its primary purpose has been—and remains—to support the group's own businesses and trusted commercial partners with logistics solutions grounded in real transaction needs.

A significant part of this experience comes from the group's work on iron-ore export opportunities in northern Brazil. These activities have required attention to the full physical journey of bulk mineral cargo: movement from mining areas to suitable port facilities, inland transport planning, terminal access, cargo handling, documentation, shipping arrangements and onward maritime logistics. The commercial corridor linking northern Brazil with buyers and markets in China has been an important focus. Managing the interfaces between mine, road or other inland transport, port and ocean vessel demands coordination across different operators, timelines and contractual responsibilities. This operational context has shaped the group's understanding of how logistics decisions influence cost, reliability and the viability of an international commodity transaction.

The mine-to-port segment is particularly important in bulk commodity trade. Distance, road conditions, loading and unloading capacity, cargo characteristics, available transport providers, port schedules and handling constraints can all affect execution. The group's logistics work has therefore emphasized planning and coordination with relevant local providers, aligning transport arrangements with commercial requirements and helping connect the inland supply chain to the export gateway. Its experience should be understood as logistics management and coordination associated with commercial operations, not as a claim to own a transport fleet, mining infrastructure or port terminals.

Maritime logistics is the next link in this chain. For shipments associated with Brazil–China trade, relevant work includes assessing export routes, shipment requirements, port and vessel interfaces, freight arrangements, cargo readiness and documentary coordination. International bulk shipping involves multiple parties whose responsibilities must remain clearly defined, including sellers, buyers, terminal operators, shipping agents and carriers. The group's approach is to consider logistics alongside the underlying trade rather than treat freight as an isolated purchase. No specific shipment volumes, completed voyages, carrier contracts or exclusive shipping rights are asserted here unless independently documented.

Alongside mineral logistics, the group uses the infrastructure and networks of multiple international airlines and logistics partners to arrange the movement of materials and production inputs from different countries toward manufacturing destinations connected to its businesses. This work is oriented toward sourcing and production continuity: getting the right materials to the right location under practical time, handling, cost and regulatory constraints. Depending on the shipment, coordination may involve air-cargo capacity, freight-forwarding partners, shipment documentation, consolidation considerations and destination requirements. The group does not claim to operate its own airline or hold a postal-operator license.

These inland, maritime and air-cargo activities form complementary parts of a broader supply-chain perspective. Bulk commodities demand careful planning around high-volume physical movement and port logistics; production inputs may require more flexible international routing and closer attention to delivery windows. Experience across these different requirements helps the group evaluate logistics options in the context of the products, counterparties and commercial priorities they serve. The intention is to reduce unnecessary friction between procurement, transport, export execution and production planning.

The service model has historically been relationship-driven and primarily internal. NOVEZI Group companies and their commercial partners are the principal beneficiaries of this capability. The aim is not to portray the division as a mass-market courier network or a logistics provider with an established public branch network. Instead, it is a specialized support function that has developed through direct involvement in the group's trade and supply-chain activities, drawing on third-party infrastructure and qualified service providers where appropriate.

Looking ahead, NOVEZI is evaluating whether selected logistics capabilities could be organized into a broader commercial offering for external clients. Possible future directions include tailored cargo coordination, international freight solutions, air-express arrangements and supply-chain support for businesses with cross-border sourcing needs. Any public-facing service would be introduced only after its operational model, partner network, pricing, regulatory responsibilities, service coverage and brand identity have been defined. The final standalone brand name and domain remain undecided.

The guiding principle is straightforward: logistics should serve the commercial objective, not complicate it. From mineral movements in northern Brazil to air shipments of production inputs across international markets, the group seeks to connect each stage of the journey with realistic planning, dependable counterparties and an understanding of the trade behind the cargo.

Brand Story

BUILT AROUND THE JOURNEY.

Before logistics becomes a service, it is a responsibility. A mineral deposit has little commercial meaning without a viable route to a port. A shipment has little value if it cannot reach the destination where it is needed. And a production plan depends not only on finding materials, but on moving them across borders with the right timing and coordination.

NOVEZI's logistics experience was shaped by these realities. In northern Brazil, work associated with iron-ore exports brought the group close to the practical challenges of moving bulk cargo from mining regions toward maritime gateways and connecting those operations with international trade routes, particularly toward China. Inland transport, terminal coordination and ocean freight became parts of one commercial question: how can an opportunity at origin become a workable delivery at destination?

A second perspective emerged from the group's own sourcing requirements. Through international airline networks and logistics partners, materials and inputs are arranged for movement from different countries toward production destinations. These shipments differ from bulk minerals in scale and urgency, yet they share the same underlying purpose: to keep commercial commitments and production needs connected to physical movement.

This is why the division has never been defined primarily by a public storefront or a fleet of vehicles. Its value lies in understanding the relationship between cargo, route, timing, documentation, partners and the business that depends on them. The group works with existing transport infrastructure rather than presenting itself as the owner of that infrastructure.

For now, the priority remains the companies of NOVEZI Group and its established commercial partners. In the future, some of these capabilities may evolve into services available to a wider market. Such an expansion would be a new chapter, not a claim about today's public offering.

FROM ORIGIN TO DESTINATION. FROM TRADE TO POSSIBILITY.
