Overview

NOVE AGRI is the dedicated agricultural commodities business within NOVEZI Group. Its development reflects a strategic decision to give agricultural trade, production relationships and commodity supply a more focused operating structure. Products that had previously been offered through YELLEEN—soybeans, corn, soybean meal, rice, coffee and sugar—were brought together under NOVE AGRI as the scope and commercial complexity of the group's agricultural activities expanded. Since 2026, the business has been developing a specialized approach to sourcing, production-related investment, supply partnerships and export-oriented commercial operations in Brazil.

The decision to establish a distinct agricultural business was not intended to separate it from the group's international trade experience. Instead, it created a clearer division of responsibilities. YELLEEN remains an important international commercial arm, contributing market relationships, cross-border transaction experience and access to buyers and suppliers. NOVE AGRI concentrates on the agricultural side of the value chain: identifying production and supply opportunities in Brazil, assessing crop and product availability, building relationships with producers and suppliers, and developing procurement structures suited to each commodity. The group's logistics capabilities complement this work through the coordination of inland movement, storage interfaces, export terminals and international transport where relevant.

NOVE AGRI's core product scope is deliberately defined around six categories. Soybeans and corn represent major grain and oilseed supply chains, where origin, crop season, grade, volume, inland freight and export timing all influence commercial feasibility. Soybean meal adds a processed agricultural input used in animal-feed supply chains, with its own specifications, handling and buyer requirements. Rice serves food-market demand and may involve different varieties, processing standards and packaging or bulk formats. Coffee introduces origin-specific quality characteristics, classification, traceability and buyer preferences. Sugar brings distinct specifications, production cycles, documentation and shipment considerations. Each product requires its own commercial discipline rather than a single generic approach to agricultural trading.

The business's strategy extends beyond spot purchasing and resale. NOVE AGRI is evaluating and developing relationships that may involve investment in agricultural production, participation alongside producers, structured sourcing commitments and pre-purchase arrangements in Brazil. Such models can help align future supply with commercial demand, subject to the economics and risks of each operation. They also require careful attention to production capacity, harvest schedules, quality, delivery conditions, counterparty reliability, financing, collateral where appropriate, and the legal structure of any advance or production partnership. The company does not represent these possibilities as guaranteed production rights or completed investments where no binding arrangement has been established.

Brazil is the principal geographic focus for the agricultural sourcing and production strategy. Its diversity of growing regions and established commodity infrastructure creates opportunities to build relationships at different points in the supply chain. NOVE AGRI's intended role is to work closer to origin, understand the commercial conditions under which products are produced and supplied, and translate those conditions into credible procurement and export plans. This may involve direct producer relationships, cooperatives, processors, trading counterparties or other qualified suppliers, depending on the product and transaction.

The export-oriented dimension is supported by two complementary capabilities within NOVEZI Group. YELLEEN contributes international commercial knowledge, buyer engagement, negotiation and transaction coordination. The logistics function contributes experience in planning cargo movement, connecting inland supply with ports, and assessing freight and documentation requirements. Together, these capabilities can help NOVE AGRI evaluate the journey from Brazilian origin to overseas markets without suggesting that the company owns farms, storage terminals, vessels or transport fleets. The practical execution model remains dependent on the partners and service providers involved in each transaction.

A central operating principle is that sourcing commitments must be grounded in verifiable product availability and workable commercial terms. Agricultural commodities are sensitive to weather, seasonality, price volatility, currency movements, quality variations, transport constraints and regulatory requirements. Production partnerships and pre-purchase structures introduce additional exposure to harvest performance and counterparty delivery. For this reason, the business's approach emphasizes product specifications, documentary controls, supply verification, payment discipline and logistics planning. The objective is not to claim unlimited volumes, but to build supply relationships that can be evaluated and executed responsibly.

NOVE AGRI is being developed as a specialized platform for Brazilian agricultural commodities, supported by the broader group's commercial and logistics experience. Its identity is distinct from YELLEEN, yet the two businesses are designed to be complementary: one focused on the agricultural supply and production opportunity, the other providing international trading reach. As the business matures, its direction will depend on the quality of producer relationships, the viability of investment and procurement structures, and the ability to connect Brazilian agricultural output with appropriate international demand.

The longer-term vision is to move progressively closer to the source of value creation in agriculture while retaining flexibility in how supply is secured. Whether through direct procurement, production partnerships, investment participation or carefully structured pre-purchase commitments, NOVE AGRI seeks to develop a more integrated understanding of the six product categories it serves. Its role within NOVEZI is to connect production potential in Brazil with disciplined commercial execution and international market access.

Brand Story

CLOSER TO ORIGIN. CONNECTED TO THE WORLD.

For years, agricultural commodities were part of the broader international trading activities of YELLEEN. Soybeans, corn, soybean meal, rice, coffee and sugar were approached through the perspective of global sourcing and cross-border commerce. As these categories grew in strategic importance, they called for a more dedicated perspective—one that could look not only at the transaction, but also at the production and supply relationships behind it.

In 2026, that focus took shape as NOVE AGRI: a specialized agricultural business within NOVEZI Group. The change was not a departure from the group's trading experience. It was a way of bringing that experience closer to Brazilian origin, where planting cycles, producer decisions, product quality and procurement structures determine what can ultimately reach the market.

NOVE AGRI's six product families each tell a different story of Brazilian agriculture. Grains and oilseeds connect farms with global food and feed chains. Soybean meal reflects the importance of processing and industrial demand. Rice is linked to everyday food markets. Coffee carries the character of origin and quality. Sugar connects agricultural production with large-scale international commodity flows. The business treats these differences as essential to understanding each opportunity.

Its next chapter is being shaped around more than buying and selling. Production investment, participation with producers and pre-purchase arrangements are among the structures being explored to strengthen supply relationships. These opportunities are assessed case by case, with attention to feasibility, risk and commercial discipline.

Behind this agricultural focus stands the wider NOVEZI ecosystem. YELLEEN brings international commercial connections and transaction experience. The group's logistics capabilities help bridge the distance between Brazilian production areas, export infrastructure and destination markets. NOVE AGRI brings these strengths together around a single purpose: understanding the product at its origin and building a credible path toward the market.

Agriculture is never only about what is harvested. It is also about the decisions, relationships and infrastructure that allow value to move. NOVE AGRI exists to work within that connection—from the fields and producers of Brazil to the opportunities of international trade.

FROM BRAZILIAN ORIGIN TO GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY.
