NOVE MINE
Developed from YELLEEN's Brazilian iron-ore export activities, NOVE MINE is NOVEZI Group's specialized mining investment and execution arm. It focuses on mineral-project evaluation, sourcing and procurement coordination, operational partnerships and mine-to-port logistics for iron ore, manganese, bauxite and copper, with an export-oriented focus in Brazil.

Overview
NOVE MINE is the specialized mining and mineral-resources business within NOVEZI Group. Its origins lie in the iron-ore export activities developed through YELLEEN, the group's international trading arm. As those transactions brought the group into closer contact with mining operators, mineral suppliers, inland transportation networks, export terminals and international buyers, it became increasingly important to distinguish general commodity trading from the technical, operational and investment decisions required at the mine level. NOVE MINE emerged from that need: a dedicated structure for assessing mineral opportunities in Brazil and coordinating the commercial and operational steps that connect a mineral asset to an export market.
While YELLEEN contributes international trade relationships, cross-border negotiations and buyer-facing commercial experience, NOVE MINE concentrates on the upstream side of the mineral value chain. Its scope encompasses identifying and evaluating mining opportunities, assessing potential investment or participation structures, building operational relationships with mine owners and operators, coordinating mineral purchases and supply commitments, and supporting the execution of transactions from production areas toward port facilities. The intention is to bring greater continuity and discipline to mineral sourcing and project development, rather than approach every shipment as an isolated trade.
Iron ore is the business's foundational product category. Experience with Brazilian iron-ore sourcing and export-oriented transactions has shaped the team's attention to material specifications, mine readiness, product availability, quality consistency, loading arrangements, inland freight and port access. These practical requirements have also informed a broader mineral strategy encompassing manganese, bauxite and copper. Each commodity has different geological, processing, market and regulatory characteristics; consequently, project evaluation and procurement arrangements must be tailored to the material, counterparties and intended export destination. Inclusion in the portfolio reflects a strategic focus, not a claim that each commodity is already produced or exported at commercial scale.
Parauapebas and the wider mining region of Pará in northern Brazil have been important areas of engagement. The group has reviewed and screened numerous mining opportunities in and around this region, examining their potential relevance to international supply chains. Its work has involved discussions and joint operational cooperation with mining-related counterparties, as well as evaluation of the practical conditions for procurement, preparation and shipment of mineral products. Screening a mining opportunity is not equivalent to acquiring a mining title or establishing ownership of the asset; the business distinguishes commercial assessment, operational collaboration, contractual participation and equity investment according to the actual structure of each relationship.
The investment dimension of NOVE MINE is designed to consider opportunities for participation in mining assets and related operations where the underlying conditions justify further work. These conditions can include mineral quality and reserves or resources as documented by qualified parties, regulatory status, licensing, operator capability, production and processing capacity, environmental obligations, access infrastructure, capital requirements, counterparty reliability and demand from international buyers. Potential arrangements may include commercial cooperation, procurement commitments, investment participation or other negotiated structures. No particular mine ownership, concession, reserve estimate or completed investment is asserted without documentary confirmation.
Mineral purchasing and supply management form another central pillar. Before a shipment can be commercially credible, its origin, quality, available tonnage, preparation requirements and delivery schedule must be understood. For iron ore and other minerals, NOVE MINE's intended execution role includes coordinating supplier engagement, reviewing specifications and available documentation, assessing material preparation and handling requirements, and aligning purchase terms with the realities of transport and export. Where independent inspection, sampling or laboratory analysis is appropriate, these processes must be addressed through qualified providers and agreed procedures rather than assumed from supplier descriptions alone.
Logistics is inseparable from this work. The group's logistics capabilities support planning and coordination of the route from mining areas to export ports in northern Brazil, including inland transport interfaces, cargo handling, terminal requirements and onward maritime arrangements through relevant partners. NOVE MINE focuses on the mineral source and the commercial conditions of supply; the logistics function helps translate those conditions into a feasible mine-to-port movement. YELLEEN then contributes the international commercial reach needed to connect the cargo with potential overseas buyers. Together, these functions create a coordinated approach across origin, procurement, transport and export negotiation, without implying ownership of trucks, ports, vessels or other third-party infrastructure.
Export markets remain a defining part of the strategy. The group evaluates mining opportunities not only for their local production potential, but also for their suitability for international customers, considering grade, product form, quality thresholds, pricing mechanisms, documentation, freight economics and destination-market requirements. Existing trade experience, including links between Brazil and Asian markets, provides commercial context for these assessments. A prospective export operation must nevertheless be judged by its own contractual, regulatory and operational readiness; the group does not claim guaranteed export volumes, completed deliveries or buyer commitments where they have not been established.
NOVE MINE's operating philosophy is built around integration. A promising mine is not necessarily an export-ready source, and a commercial inquiry does not by itself establish a viable supply chain. The opportunity becomes more meaningful when mineral characteristics, legal and operational conditions, procurement terms, logistics and market demand can be considered together. The company's role is to help organize that evaluation and, where appropriate, coordinate the partners and decisions required for execution.
As the mineral activities of NOVEZI Group continue to develop, NOVE MINE is intended to serve as the group's focused platform for mining-related investments, sourcing and operational collaboration in Brazil. Its principal areas of interest are iron ore, manganese, bauxite and copper, with a particular foundation in the mining regions of Pará. The business seeks to build on experience gained through YELLEEN's iron-ore export work while developing a more specialized capability at origin, supported by the group's logistics and international trading functions.
Brand Story
FROM THE MINE TO THE WORLD.
NOVE MINE did not begin as an abstract investment idea. Its direction was shaped by the practical work of international iron-ore trade. Through YELLEEN, NOVEZI Group encountered the questions that lie behind every mineral shipment: Where does the material come from? Who can produce and prepare it? How can its quality be verified? What will it take to move it from a mining region to a port—and from Brazil to an international market?
Those questions gradually pointed beyond trading itself. The closer the group worked with mineral suppliers, operators and export logistics, the clearer it became that mineral opportunity needed its own dedicated perspective. NOVE MINE was developed to focus on that space between the asset and the transaction: the place where sourcing, operational cooperation, investment assessment and export execution meet.
The mining region of Parauapebas in Pará has been central to this experience. Numerous opportunities have been screened, and relationships and joint operational work with mining counterparties have contributed to a more practical understanding of what makes a mineral project commercially relevant. The emphasis is not on the number of mines reviewed, but on learning to distinguish a promising resource from a supply opportunity that can realistically be developed.
Iron ore remains the foundation of this story, while manganese, bauxite and copper extend the group's field of interest. Each material requires its own understanding of quality, origin, processing, buyers and logistics. NOVE MINE's role is to bring those factors into a common framework, without losing sight of the differences between commodities or the risks of operating in mining.
The wider NOVEZI ecosystem gives this work its distinctive character. YELLEEN connects international commercial relationships and markets. The group's logistics capabilities help coordinate the route from mine to port and onward shipment. NOVE MINE concentrates on the mineral opportunity itself: the people, assets, agreements and operational conditions that stand behind the cargo.
The long-term ambition is to move from identifying opportunities toward building durable participation in mineral supply chains where the fundamentals support it. Not every prospect becomes an investment. Not every negotiation becomes a shipment. The value of a disciplined approach is knowing the difference—and acting where the pieces can genuinely connect.
BEYOND THE RESOURCE. TOWARD THE POSSIBILITY.
