Tea, Herbal Infusions & Beverage Ventures
Confidential Brazilian tea and beverage venture developing a tea and herbal-infusion production facility, Middle Eastern-inspired flavors, Arabic and Indian beverages, tea bags, a future café network and automated beverage machines. Licensing and pilot production are in progress.

Overview
Tea, Herbal Infusions & Beverage Ventures is a new, confidential business initiative within NOVEZI Group focused on establishing a specialized tea, herbal infusion and beverage production operation in Brazil. The venture is being developed around a distinctive product philosophy: combining the familiarity and accessibility of everyday tea with the rich aromas, ingredients, rituals and hospitality traditions of the Middle East, alongside selected inspirations from Arabic and Indian beverage cultures. The project aims to translate these influences into a contemporary product portfolio designed for the Brazilian market, without reducing their cultural origins to a single flavor or aesthetic.
The production concept encompasses a broad assortment of teas and herbal infusions, with different blends, flavor profiles, formats and occasions for consumption. Product development may draw inspiration from fragrant spices, floral ingredients, herbs and traditional regional preparations, subject to formulation work, ingredient availability, sensory testing and Brazilian food-safety and labeling requirements. The ambition is to offer both approachable everyday products and more distinctive specialty experiences, with careful attention to consistency, aroma, preparation and presentation. The final formulations and product range will be determined through trials rather than presented as already finalized.
A central part of the project is the development of a manufacturing and packaging capability in Brazil. Work is under way on the necessary licensing and regulatory steps, alongside pilot production and practical evaluation of recipes, materials and processes. The venture is assessing the requirements for sourcing raw materials, receiving and handling ingredients, quality control, traceability, packaging, storage and distribution. Any industrial-scale production, certification or authorization will be communicated only after the relevant processes have been completed; the initiative should not yet be described as a fully operational factory.
The first commercial pillar is a packaged-tea and herbal-infusion line. Tea bags are a priority format because they can make complex blends convenient and repeatable for home, workplace and hospitality consumption. The wider packaged assortment may later explore additional presentation formats where technically and commercially appropriate. Packaging development is expected to consider ease of preparation, product protection, ingredient communication, shelf life, brand storytelling and the visual identity of each collection. The goal is to create products that feel distinctive without sacrificing the practicality expected from a mass-market consumer category.
The second pillar is a future network of branded cafés and beverage points of sale. Rather than treating cafés solely as retail outlets, the concept views them as places where customers can discover the range, experience preparations served fresh and build a relationship with the brand. The intended beverage menu may include teas, herbal infusions and selected Arabic- and Indian-inspired drinks, adapted thoughtfully to local preferences and operating conditions. Store formats, franchise or company-operated structures, site selection, training, equipment and food-service licenses remain matters for further development; no café openings or operating locations are being claimed at this stage.
The third pillar explores automated beverage preparation and vending equipment. The intention is to assess whether selected hot and potentially cold drinks can be delivered consistently through compact self-service formats in locations such as commercial buildings, transport environments, retail settings and other suitable venues. Product suitability, machine technology, hygiene, cleaning procedures, replenishment, maintenance and payment integrations would all require validation. Automated distribution is therefore a development track, not a service already available.
Together, these three routes—packaged products, physical cafés and automated beverage points—form a complementary long-term strategy. Manufacturing would support consistent product development; packaged products could reach customers beyond individual locations; cafés could communicate the experience and hospitality behind the brand; and automation could offer additional convenience and distribution flexibility. The model is intended to be evaluated progressively, with each channel advancing according to its regulatory, technical and commercial readiness.
The venture also considers the potential to work with Brazilian producers and suppliers where suitable, while evaluating internationally sourced ingredients and equipment when required for particular formulations or production processes. Decisions on sourcing, manufacturing partnerships and distribution will depend on quality, feasibility, regulatory compliance and the ability to maintain consistent product standards. The project's interest in Middle Eastern and Indian traditions is a source of inspiration for product development, not a claim that all ingredients or finished products originate in those regions.
The public-facing brand name is deliberately confidential while the venture completes identity development, intellectual-property work, licensing and pilot production. The initiative is in a pre-launch phase: it is not yet presented as an operating café chain, an approved industrial facility or a commercial product range already on sale. Its intended direction is to build a recognizable Brazilian beverage business that brings together cultural inspiration, modern production methods and multiple ways for consumers to experience tea and herbal drinks.
Brand Story
A WORLD OF FLAVOR, REIMAGINED IN BRAZIL.
Some drinks carry more than taste. They carry the memory of a place, the warmth of hospitality and the small rituals that connect people. Across the Middle East and South Asia, tea, herbal infusions and aromatic beverages are woven into daily life: shared in conversation, offered in welcome and prepared with an attention to fragrance and detail that turns an ordinary moment into an experience.
This confidential NOVEZI venture begins with that idea. It is not simply a plan to package tea. It is an exploration of how flavors and traditions associated with Middle Eastern, Arabic and Indian beverage cultures might find a new expression in Brazil—through thoughtful blends, contemporary design and a format suited to modern routines.
The project is taking shape around a tea and herbal-infusion production operation, with licensing work and pilot production in progress. The ambition is to develop an assortment that moves comfortably between everyday familiarity and discovery: products with distinct aromas, carefully considered ingredients and a clear identity, while respecting the practical standards required of food and beverage manufacturing.
Three experiences are being considered as parts of the same future brand. Tea bags would bring the blends into homes and workplaces. A planned café network would offer the hospitality, preparation and atmosphere behind the products. Automated beverage machines could make selected drinks available in convenient self-service settings. Each format tells a different part of the story, but all are intended to share a coherent product philosophy.
There is a deliberate contrast at the heart of the concept: old rituals and new technology; regional inspiration and Brazilian production; the intimacy of a cup of tea and the reach of a modern distribution network. The purpose is not to imitate tradition, but to approach it with curiosity, care and a willingness to create something new.
The brand name remains undisclosed while the work continues. Formulations are being tested, production arrangements are being studied and the necessary authorizations are being pursued. When the time comes to introduce the brand, the aim is to offer more than a product line: a new way to experience the aromas, stories and hospitality of tea cultures through a contemporary Brazilian lens.
ROOTED IN CULTURE. CREATED FOR DISCOVERY.
