Since 2026, NOVE AGRI has been the group's dedicated agricultural commodities business, bringing together soybeans, corn, soybean meal, rice, coffee and sugar previously handled by YELLEEN. It focuses on Brazilian sourcing, production investments, grower partnerships, pre-purchase arrangements and export-oriented supply, supported by YELLEEN's international trading capabilities and the group's logistics network.

Developed from YELLEEN's Brazilian iron-ore export activities, NOVE MINE is NOVEZI Group's specialized mining investment and execution arm. It focuses on mineral-project evaluation, sourcing and procurement coordination, operational partnerships and mine-to-port logistics for iron ore, manganese, bauxite and copper, with an export-oriented focus in Brazil.
